10+ years' personnel generalist experience with a strong concentrate on US benefits and/or settlement.
Strong analytical abilities with great company acumen.
Demonstrated problem resolving abilities and continual enhancement abilities.
Expertise of health and wellness and welfare program layout and management, determined contribution strategies, and knowledge of HRIS administration (Ceridian).
Exceptional communication skills and encounter in modification management.
Encounter in a making business favored.
